Condor Moving Systems strongly believes that customer satisfaction comes first. We have summarized a few things that you can expect when moving with Condor while we strive to make your move efficient, professional and stress-free. Your initial contact with Condor will be with a moving consultant to discuss your move in detail and to provide you with an estimate of cost. We provide free binding, non-binding and on-site estimates.  Once you have been provided with an estimate and are ready to schedule your move with Condor Moving Systems your next step would be to confirm your reservation with your sales consultant. The day before your move our dispatch department will contact you to provide you with a pick up window for your move which is typically a 3 to 4 hour window and is provided to you as a courtesy to give you a ball park idea of when your move will commence. The day of your move there will be an on-site foreman who will go over your contract and take a detailed inventory of all the items loaded. Once the moving crew begins working large pieces of furniture that may require disassembly will be disassembled to ensure safe moving. If full packing is required a crew of highly trained packers will be sent to your home to pack and prepare your home for your move for the scheduled date. Depending on the size and requirements of your move, packing can often be done on the same day of your move. Next, furniture pieces that may get scratched during transport are completely wrapped with moving blankets and then loaded onto our moving truck. At the delivery, the driver is required by law to collect payment for your move before your shipment can be unloaded.  Once payment is made all items are carefully unloaded, large furniture is placed in designated rooms, and unwrapped from the moving blankets, furniture that was disassembled is reassembled.

 
Condor Moving Systems offers an additional wide variety of long-distance relocation services; partial- packing for any specialty items you may need help protecting or full-packing services for those who need everything packed.  Short-term and long-term storage solutions are available in our secured and climate controlled warehouse.

You can count on Condor Moving Systems to use state of the art moving equipment. Our 26ft moving trucks and 54ft tractor-trailers are equipped with air-ride; a suspension system used on moving trucks in lieu of conventional springs. Vehicles with air-ride are supported by a series of rubber cylinders and filled with compressed air. A lift gate system “moving trucks only” used to bring your items onto the moving truck versus the old traditional ramp system preventing stress to your furniture. A Strap System where straps are used to secure furniture on the inside of the moving box to prevent items form shifting during transport. Condor Moving Systems will never use a pick up truck and trailer to move your household possessions.
